Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion. In order to place an order, you must provide current, complete, and accurate payment and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date and accurate. By placing an order, you authorize Mutual Weave to charge the cost of products, shipping, and all related taxes and fees to the payment method indicated at the time you place your order.
Product descriptions, availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Typographic errors or omissions may occur.
Shipping and Delivery
When you place an order, we will provide an estimated delivery window. Delivery times may vary based on origin, destination, customs clearance, acts of God, and other conditions. Mutual Weave is not liable for delays in shipments.
Title to goods passes to you when shipment is delivered by our carrier to the destination you specify, and risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you on delivery.
We will have the right, but not the obligation, to publicize your name as a Mutual Weave customer, and to briefly describe your project using Mutual Weave, in our marketing materials, on our website, and in other promotional channels.
Returns and Exchanges
Contact Mutual Weave customer service within 14 days of receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item to arrange for a refund, exchange, or return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We accept returns and exchanges on select products in new condition with tags attached. Custom, monogrammed, engraved, or altered merchandise is non-returnable. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply – see Return Policy for details.
Contests and Sweepstakes
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions hosted on mutualweave.com may be governed by separate rules that may contain certain eligibility requirements, such as restrictions as to age and geographic location.
